Joe Burrow and the Bengals looked more like the reigning AFC Champions, but the main headline from this one was the scary injury to Tua Tagovailoa in the second quarter after an apparent head injury for the second time in less than a week.

After starting the season 0-2, the Falcons find themselves sitting at .500 after wins against the Seahawks and now the Browns in consecutive weeks. The Browns also find themselves at 2-2 as they look to stay afloat until Deshaun Watson returns in Week 12.
